About the Film
Based on Raymond Carver's story from 'Will You Please Be Quiet, Please?', with rights secured from the Carver estate, “The Idea” is an intimate short film, set in 1997, that follows a bored suburban couple whose fascination with spying on their younger neighbors blurs the line between curiosity and intrusion.
